SMCS Hosts an Engaging Workshop on 'Educational Mobility & Didactics of E-Learning'

October 17, 2024: IBA-SMCS hosted a seminar and workshop on 'Educational Mobility and Didactics of E-Learning,' as part of the Erasmus+ RAPID project. This event aimed to enhance the capabilities of HEC Pakistan in the realms of e-learning and educational mobility.

Led by Mr. Waseem Arain, Assistant Professor, DCS-SMCS, the workshop introduced innovative approaches to virtual andragogy and e-learning. Contributions from Mr. Behraj Khan, Lecturer, DCS-SMCS, enriched discussions on programming didactics, providing participants with practical insights.

The seminar attracted faculty members from a variety of institutions, including FAST-NUCES Karachi, NED University of Engineering and Technology, University of Karachi, Institute of Business Management, Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology (KIET), Hamdard University, Salim Habib University, and Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU).

This successful workshop marks a significant milestone in advancing e-learning innovations across higher education institutions in Pakistan through the RAPID project.

Dr. Shahid Hussain, Chairperson DCS-SMCS commended the participation of all universities and extended invitations for future capacity-building initiatives at IBA Karachi.
